Cheese Wafers...

Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine:

Gradually blend in

Knead in last of flour. Shape dough into a roll 2-inches in diameter. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet in pre-heated 350F oven for 12-15 min or until light golden.

TO FREEZE: Wrap cheese roll and freeze. Partially thaw (about 1 hour) and just before serving slice and bake. Makes 2 dozen.

ONION-CHEESE WAFERS: Prepare Cheese Wafers following the basic recipe but blend 2 tbsps dried onion flakes into butter mixture.

BACON-CHEESE WAFERS: Prepare Cheese Wafers following the basic recipe but blend 4 slices cooked side bacon, crumbled, into butter mixture.

Nuts & Bolts...

Preheat oven to 300F.
Combine and bake on ungreased baking sheet in preheated 300F oven until warmed through

Remove from oven and stir in

Pour over and stire to coat evenly

Season with a mixture of

Return to 300F oven for 8-10 min. This may be stored for several weeks in an air tight container.
Makes 7 cups.
